Per person, private room
Pricing
One price for every room, based only on how many of you are playing. Prices are in Canadian dollars and Ontario HST of 13% is added at checkout. No booking fee, no fee for paying by card.
Per-person rates for any room, 2026–2027 season. The larger the team, the lower the rate. On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see totals.

Worked example: four friends booking Lab 44 on a Thursday pay $36 each, $144.00 before tax, $18.72 HST, $162.72 in total. Eight colleagues in Orbital Station Aurora pay $29 each, $232.00 plus $30.16 HST, $262.16. The same rates apply seven days a week, including Saturday nights and holidays, and the 75-minute Last Chapter costs no more than the 60-minute rooms.
Payment is taken in full when you book, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Interac Debit. If your headcount changes, tell us up to 24 hours before and we adjust the charge up or down; two people who book for six and arrive as four are refunded the difference at the desk.

Half-day team package
from $690+ HST, up to 12 people
Two rooms played back to back in two groups, then 45 minutes in the private debrief room with coffee, tea and a game master who walks through how each team approached the puzzles. About three hours total. Additional people $52 each.
Team-building detailsFull-day team package
from $1,290+ HST, up to 24 people
All four rooms rotated across the day, a facilitated debrief after each round, the lounge reserved from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and optional catering from a Queen West kitchen we have worked with since 2023. Weekdays only.

$45+ HST, flat
The decorated lounge is yours for 45 minutes after your game, with a photo wall, a Bluetooth speaker and space for a cake you bring yourself (we supply plates, knife and candles). Popular with Aurora groups of eight. Add it on the booking form.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are sold by email in any amount from $50 upward, or as a "room for four" voucher at $162.72 including HST. They arrive as a PDF within an hour of purchase, carry a code the recipient enters on the booking form, and are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. They can be split across bookings and topped up at the desk. Email contact@escapequestarena.com with the amount and the recipient's name and we will send an invoice link.
Cancellations and changes
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your start time and the full amount is refunded to the original card within five business days. Inside 48 hours the booking is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once, free, to any available time in the next 90 days; a second reschedule costs $25 plus HST. No-shows are charged in full. If we have to close (a burst pipe, a snowstorm that shuts the TTC, a power cut on the block) you get a full refund or a reschedule, your choice.
